2. Website Usage & Data Privacy Policy
Legal Compliance: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the regulations of the UAE Ministry of Economy and the local laws of Dubai.
- 2.1 Booking Information: Users must provide accurate and complete personal details when booking photography services through this website.
- 2.2 Copyright & Intellectual Property (Crucial Clause):
- Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, AZAZEEL PHOTO STUDIO retains full copyright and intellectual property rights over all raw files (RAW data) and final edited images.
- Clients are granted a Personal Use License for their final edited images (e.g., sharing on personal social media, personal printing, and family keepsakes). Clients may not use these images for commercial profit, advertising resales, or third-party endorsements without explicit written consent from the studio.
- 2.3 Image Display & Portfolios: We highly respect our clients’ privacy. The studio will only showcase your photos as portfolio examples on our website or official Instagram account after obtaining your verbal or written consent.
- 2.4 Privacy Protection: In compliance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), all client contact details, emails, and digital negatives are strictly encrypted and protected from unauthorized third-party access.
3. Delivery & Product Collection Policy
Note: Our deliverables consist of “Digital Products (Files)” and “Physical Products (Prints/Albums)”.
- 3.1 Digital Delivery:
- Initial proofing images and final retouched photos will be delivered via a high-resolution, secure, encrypted online cloud link sent directly to the client’s registered email (farsin116@gmail.com).
- The standard delivery timeframe for final retouched digital files is 7 to 14 working days from the date of final selection (unless express/rush services are added).
- 3.2 Physical Product Delivery:
- For physical items such as customized photo albums, frames, and canvas prints, we offer both self-collection and courier shipping.
- Self-Collection Location: 18th Floor, Ontario Tower, Business Bay, Dubai.
- Courier Shipping: Doorstep delivery is available within Dubai. Deliveries to Abu Dhabi and other Emirates are shipped via reliable local couriers (e.g., Aramex), with shipping fees calculated at checkout or agreed upon during booking.
4. Cancellation & Return Policy
Legal Compliance: Strictly aligned with the Consumer Protection Laws regulated by the UAE Ministry of Economy for service-based industries.
- 4.1 Cancellation & Rescheduling:
- More than 48 hours notice: Clients can reschedule their session once for free, or request a refund of their booking deposit (subject to specific package conditions).
- Less than 48 hours notice: Because photographers, makeup artists, and studio slots are reserved exclusively for your session, cancellations or late rescheduling will result in a forfeiture of 30% to 50% of the deposit to cover studio and scheduling losses.
- 4.2 Non-Refundable Digital Goods: Due to the inherently reproducible nature of digital media, no refunds or returns are accepted once digital photos/videos have been delivered or shared via link.
- 4.3 Physical Goods Returns:
- If a physical photo album or frame arrives with visible manufacturing defects, material damage, or incorrect dimensions, clients can report it within 7 days of receipt. We will recreate and deliver the item 100% free of charge.
- Customized physical items cannot be returned or refunded due to subjective personal preferences (e.g., changing your mind about the color tone after approval).
5. Quality Guarantee & Service Conditions
- 5.1 Professional Standards: AZAZEEL PHOTO STUDIO guarantees the use of industry-standard professional cameras, lighting equipment, and advanced editing software, ensuring that image resolutions and color accuracies meet UAE commercial printing and digital display standards.
- 5.2 Retouching Warranty (Satisfaction Guarantee):
- We provide 1 to 2 rounds of complimentary minor adjustments (such as skin blemish corrections or minor lighting tweaks) if requested within 7 days of initial digital delivery.
- Extensive post-processing changes falling outside the original scope (e.g., changing background environments, changing physical body poses, or complex digital composites) will incur additional graphic design fees.
- 5.3 Digital Backup Service: The studio provides a complimentary 3-month cloud backup for all final retouched images. If you accidentally lose your files during this period, you can retrieve them by verifying your booking details. We strongly recommend making permanent personal backups upon download.
